بیانیه محکومیت مؤسسات علمی و رسانه ای در پی شهادت خبرنگاران فلسطینی

به گزارش سرویس سیاسی خبرگزاری رسا، جمعی از اندیشمندان، اساتید و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه‌ها و اصحاب رسانه و خبر در ایران، با صدور بیانیه ای آتش کشیدن چادر خبرنگاران فلسطینی و شهادت مظلومانه و دلخراش سه تن از خبرنگاران شجاع فلسطینی توسط رژیم صهیونیستی را محکوم کردند.

متن این بیانیه بدین شرح است:

ما جمعی از اندیشمندان، اساتید و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه‌ها و  اصحاب رسانه و خبر در ایران، احترام به اصحاب رسانه و حرفه اطلاع رسانی و روزنامه نگاران را اصل مورد پذیرش همه جوامع بشری می دانیم که حتی هنگام جنگ‌ها نیز کنشگران رسانه ای و خبری مورد تعرض قرار نمی گیرند و اصحاب رسانه به صورت آزادانه به حرفه خود می‌پردازند.

ما امضاکنندگان این نامه، با قلبی آکنده از اندوه و خشم جنایت سبعانه و ضدبشری رژیم صهیونیستی در به آتش کشیدن چادر خبرنگاران فلسطینی را که به شهادت مظلومانه و دلخراش سه تن از خبرنگاران شجاع فلسطینی انجامید، با شدیدترین عبارات محکوم می‌کنیم.

بامداد دوشنبه، ۱۸ فروردین ۱۴۰۴ (۷ آوریل ۲۰۲۵)، نیروهای اشغالگر صهیونیست با حمله‌ای هدفمند و برنامه‌ریزی‌شده به محل استقرار خبرنگاران در نزدیکی بیمارستان ناصر در شهر خان‌یونس، چادر رسانه‌ای آنان را به آتش کشیدند. در این جنایت هولناک، شهید احمد منصور، خبرنگار پایگاه خبری فلسطین الیوم، به طرز فجیعی در مقابل دوربین‌ها زنده زنده سوزانده شد. همچنین شهید حلمی الفقعاوی و شهید یوسف الخزندار نیز جان خود را از دست دادند و شمار دیگری از خبرنگاران، از جمله حسن اصلیح، احمد آغا، محمد فائق، ایهاب بردینی، محمود عوض، علی اصلیح، ماجد قدیح و عبدالله عطار به شدت مجروح شدند.

این فاجعه صرفاً حلقه‌ای دیگر از زنجیره‌ی قتل‌های سیستماتیک اصحاب رسانه به دست رژیمی است که از اکتبر ۲۰۲۳ تاکنون، دست‌کم ۲۱۰ خبرنگار فلسطینی را به شهادت رسانده است. هدف قرار دادن عامدانه‌ی خبرنگاران، نقض صریح کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی و اصول بنیادین حقوق بشر است و مصداق بارز جنایت جنگی و تلاش برای خاموش ساختن صدای حقیقت و مخفی‌سازی ابعاد فجایع انسانی در غزه به شمار می‌رود.

ما با یاد و احترام به جان‌باختگان این فاجعه، به ویژه شهید احمد منصور که تا واپسین لحظه، روایت‌گر مقاومت و مظلومیت مردم محاصره‌شده‌ی غزه بود، اعلام می‌داریم که سکوت در برابر این جنایت، شریک شدن در آن است. تأخیر جامعه‌ی جهانی در واکنش عملی، رژیم صهیونیستی را در ادامه‌ی روند کشتار خبرنگاران، پاک‌سازی نژادی و خاموش‌سازی رسانه‌ای گستاخ‌تر کرده است. تاکید می‌کنیم که این جنایت ننگی تاریخی برای مدعیان حقوق بشر و لکه ننگی بر پیشانی سازمان‌های دروغ‌پرداز و همدستان آن‌ها از جمله آمریکا و رژیم اشغالگر است.

ما از تمامی نهادها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و مدافع حقوق بشر مصرانه می‌خواهیم که تحریم‌هایی فوری و فراگیر علیه رژیم اشغالگر قدس اعمال شود و تحقیقات مستقل بین‌المللی درباره جنایات جنگی علیه خبرنگاران فلسطینی در اسرع وقت آغاز گردد. همچنین لازم است پرونده کیفری سران رژیم صهیونیستی، به دلیل ارتکاب جنایاتی همچون زنده‌سوزی خبرنگاران، بار دیگر به دیوان کیفری بین‌المللی ارجاع داده شود. در کنار این اقدامات، حمایت حقوقی، درمانی و مالی از خانواده‌های شهدای رسانه و خبرنگاران مجروح باید در دستور کار قرار گیرد تا مرهم اگر کوچک بر دردهای عمیق این قشر مظلوم باشد.

ما باور داریم که خون بی‌گناه خبرنگاران شهید، چراغی است که مسیر حقیقت را روشن‌تر می‌سازد و مسئولیت سنگینی را بر دوش آزادگان جهان می‌گذارد. امید است با اقدام فوری، قاطع و مسئولانه‌ی جامعه بین‌الملل، جنایات این رژیم متوقف و مسیر تحقق عدالت برای ملت مظلوم فلسطین هموار گردد.

 Greetings and salutations to you and to all the people of the world,

 We, a group of scholars, professors, academic faculty members, and media and news professionals in Iran, hold respect for media practitioners and the profession of journalism as a universally accepted principle among all human societies, where even in times of war, media actors and journalists are not targeted and are free to carry out their profession.

 We, the undersigned of this letter, with hearts full of sorrow and anger, strongly condemn in the strongest terms the brutal and inhumane crime committed by the Zionist regime in setting fire to the tents of Palestinian journalists, which tragically led to the martyrdom of three brave Palestinian reporters.

 In the early hours of Monday, April 7, 2025 (18 Farvardin 1404), the Zionist occupying forces launched a deliberate and planned attack on the location of journalists near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis city, setting their media tents ablaze. In this horrific crime, martyr Ahmed Mansour, a reporter for the Palestine Today news outlet, was horrifically burned alive in front of cameras. Additionally, martyr Hilmi Al-Faqaawi and martyr Youssef Al-Khazandar lost their lives, and several other journalists, including Hassan Aslih, Ahmed Agha, Muhammad Faiq, Ihab Bardini, Mahmoud Awad, Ali Aslih, Majid Qudaih, and Abdullah Attar, were severely injured.

 This tragedy is merely another link in the chain of systematic killings of media professionals by a regime that, since October 2023, has martyred at least 210 Palestinian journalists. The deliberate targeting of journalists is a blatant violation of international conventions and fundamental human rights principles and constitutes a clear war crime and an attempt to silence the voice of truth and conceal the extent of human tragedies in Gaza.

 We, honoring the memory of the victims of this catastrophe, especially martyr Ahmed Mansour, who until his last moment narrated the resistance and suffering of the besieged people of Gaza, declare that silence in the face of this crime is complicity. The global community’s delay in taking practical action has emboldened the Zionist regime to continue the killing of journalists, ethnic cleansing, and media suppression. We emphasize that this crime is a historic disgrace for the claimants of human rights and a stain on the foreheads of deceitful organizations and their accomplices, including the United States and the occupying regime.

 We urgently call upon all international bodies and human rights organizations to impose immediate and comprehensive sanctions against the occupying regime of Jerusalem and to initiate independent international investigations into war crimes against Palestinian journalists without delay. Furthermore, the criminal cases against the leaders of the Zionist regime, for crimes such as the immolation of journalists, must be referred once again to the International Criminal Court. Alongside these measures, legal, medical, and financial support for the families of the martyred media workers and injured journalists must be prioritized to provide at least some relief for this oppressed group.

 We believe that the innocent blood of the martyred journalists is a beacon that illuminates the path of truth and places a heavy responsibility on the shoulders of the free people of the world. It is hoped that with the immediate, decisive, and responsible action of the international community, the crimes of this regime will be halted and the path to justice for the oppressed Palestinian nation will be paved.
